This is produced at the company’s second plant at Quriyat, which has its own limestone quarry for high purity white limestone and marble with estimated deposit of 20 million tons. The raw material quarried, is then processed into various grades to meet the needs of a wide range of industries.
CMI has been supplying Micronised Calcium Carbonate as filler to manufacturing units in Oman and UAE for the past 8 years. It also produces calcium carbonate in different grades for the oil drilling industry and is the suppliers of calcium carbonate to Petroleum Development Oman.
